11. The size of the bells wnll be decreased to 4 feet eliminating variance # 10. All wall signs will be eliminated accept the north wa11, vvvhich will have a bell and an identification sagn thereby elimiuating variance # 9 for number of wall signs. Hawever, they wouid like to have the two signs ofl the east side of the building if they could. Mr. Rymarczyk reviewed that if the bell signs were less tban 2 feet apart from the adentification sign the signs would be boxed and considereci 1 sign, but due to the height they would require height variances in lieu of numt>er of signs. Addressing the width of driveways new plans will be submitted showing driveways ta be 24 feet eliminating variance #4. i)ue to the size of the existing lot variances # 1 & # 2 can not be decreased or eliminated.
