Motion Passed <br />Mr. Laslco advised that his vote on the variances are predicated on the fact that although it is a <br />commercial site, the variances are needed to enhance the residential character which the <br />applicants are trying to achieve. <br />J. Lasko moved to table Welcome House of 29776 Lorain Road with the following <br />recommendations: <br />1. If the dumpster area can not be relocated then additional landscaping is to be added <br />around the dumpster to enhance buffering/screening of the location. <br />2. The landscaping along the western property edge is to be extended to include an <br />additional tree and shrub near the existing structure. As well as the extension of three <br />additional plantings in the rear yard along the western edge of the property to provide <br />buffering for the neighbor to the west.
