Infrastructure/Commuroity Facilsties <br />a. Develop each year a five-year Capital Improvements Program (CIP) that reflects the latest <br />infiormation from the City's annual assessment and that determines priorities for funding <br />improvements to the City's public facilities and infrastructure. As part of the CIP process, <br />establish a Capital Improvements Budget that establishes what must be improved for the <br />upcoming fiscal year. <br />Time Frame: short range%ngoing <br />Primary Responsibility: Administration <br />Supporking Parties: City Council <br />Status: A five-year capital program has been developed by the Service Department; <br />however all administrative departments should participate in fihis process. <br />b. Undertake a community facilities master pianning effort examining the City's needs and <br />identifying financing mechanisms. Involve the school system, Chamber of Commerce, and <br />community organizations in future planning efforts. <br />Time Frame: Mid range <br />Primary Responsibility: Administrafiion, Planning <br />Supporting Parties: City Council, NO City Schools, Chamber of Commerce, <br />Community Organizations
