<br />2. An 18 inch variance for a fence higher than code allows within required 25' side yard
<br />setback), section (1135.02 (Fl)).
<br />3. A 14 f.oot variance for a shed located wathin required 25' side yard setback) (see note),
<br />code permits 0, applicant shows 111), section (1135.02 (D1)). Which is in violation of Ord.

<br />motion, which was unanimously approved.
