Mrs. Meredith <br />noted the vehicles will not negatively impact abutting properties, which passed 6-0. <br />Mrs. Meredith moved, seconded by Mr. Rerko, to recommend the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals grant CMS10-09: Sprinter of 28595 Lorain Road a 2 foot 6 inch variance for the <br />new building entrance within the 75 foot building setback noting that the glass awning will <br />extend an additional5 feet further into the setback. The motion was approve 6-0. <br />Mrs. Meredith moved, seconded by Mr. Cotner, to approve the proposal for CMS10-09: <br />Sprinter of 28595 Lorain Road which consists of expanded parking, updated lighting, <br />enhanced landscaping, water quality control, new curb cut along Lorain Road and display <br />parking areas contingent upon: <br />1. Page AS-01 is to be corrected to show accurate parking summary. <br />2. Unilock pavers will be used instead of stamped concrete. <br />3. Lot Consolidation plan must be approved prior to any building permits being issued. <br />The motion was approved 6-0. <br />CMS10-09: Sprinter of North Olmsted; 28595 Lorain Road: <br />Proposal consists of consolidating PPN 234-24-007; 2.3605 acres and PPN 234-24-006; 1.7100 <br />acres into one parcel of 4.0705 acres. <br />Ms. Wenger said a lot consolidation is required, and the applicant has submitted consolidation <br />plans.
