[0'yes ? no <br />ADDITIONAL STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS: <br />In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined <br />appropriate by the Planning & Design Commission may also be included in the conditional <br />use permit. Accordingly, the Commission hereby finds and recommends that the <br />Conditional Use Permit be subject to the following: <br />SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: <br />Are&tLi -N---h-0- 11ccL4 -k-f'eC, . `' <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL. <br />The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the <br />application and a report of its findings to Council for ifs confirmafion and a determination <br />as to whether the proposed use is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning <br />Code.
