Kennedy <br />PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - REPORT OF FINDINGS <br />Address: 23785 Lorain Road <br />Proposed Use: Dav Care <br />Meeting Date: July 13, 2019 CMS: CMS11-16 <br />Findings as to conditions and standards (listed on reverse): <br />a. [0'yes ? no <br />ADDITIONAL STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS: <br />In addition to complying with the above standards, other conditions as determined <br />appropriate by the Planning & Design Commission may also be included in the conditional <br />use permit. Accordingly, the Commission hereby finds and recommends that the <br />Conditional Use Permit be subject to the following: <br />SPECIFIC ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, IF ANY: <br />Are&tLi -N---h-0- 11ccL4 -k-f'eC, . `' <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL. <br />The Planning & Design Commission, upon making a finding, shall forward the <br />application and a report of its findings to Council for ifs confirmafion and a determination <br />as to whether the proposed use is consistent with the legislative purposes of this Zoning <br />Code. The approval of a condifional use permit shall become null and void if the <br />construction of a building or re/ated site improvements is not started within one year <br />following the date of approval. <br />Accordingly, based on the foregoing findings and subject to the conditions, if any, the Planning <br />& Design Commission hereby recommends that the above Conditional Use Permit be: <br /> <br />=GRA?ffED DENIED <br />6?ARR&4 ?
