In addition they would like to see renderings and cuts for light poles and <br />lights, as.well as a photometric plan showing zero at the lot line. The clerk advised the next planning <br />commission meeting is February 10, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. <br />R. Tallon motioned to table until the next meeting, C.V.S. Pharmacy, 23359 Lorain Road, their <br />proposal to construct pharmacy in front of existing Goodwill and Hobby's, Etc. units (a portion of the <br />existing center will be demolished) The motion was seconded by A. Mauning and unanim.ously <br />approved. This proposal was tabled until February 10, 1998. <br />3) Cablevision 24910 Lorain Road <br />Proposal to install pole (similar to an Illuminating Company pole) in side yard to accept an overhead <br />run of fiber optic lines from the poles in the right of way. and then use underground conduit to complete <br />the installation into the building. Continued from planning commission meeting of January 13, 1998. <br />Mr. gnes, architect representing Cablevision, submitted a drawing showing: a cut of these cables in <br />relation to the power cables, the clearance for overhead, and a location on the pole from C.E.I. He <br />explained the existing poles are 45 feet high, and the proposed pole will be 21 foot 6 inches high. The <br />attachment heights for the side pole for the Cablevision fiber optic conduit would be 20 foot, 5 inches. <br />The attachment height at the Lorain Road pole would be 24 foot, 2 inches. This would then connect at <br />the Lorain Road pole on the other side to the existing cable line in place which is 21 feet, 7 inches high. <br />Mr. Hines advised they have maintained the required clearance from the power lines which include 40 <br />inches from any electricallines and 12 inches from any phone lines. He noted the mounting heights of <br />all of the primary and secondary power lines as well as the existing Cabievision lines and Ameritech. <br />lines are also indicated on Plan SD-2, submitted January 26, 1998. Mr. I?'ines explained the plan for. the <br />future build out will not be completed until March, at. which time it will be submitted to the city <br />engineer. He supplied samples of the fiber optie and inter duct for review by the commission. It was <br />noted the inter duct will fit inside the 4 inch P. V. C. A height of 21 feet will be maintained when the line <br />crosses Lorain Road and Mr. I3ines explained the minimum height is 15 feet, 5 inches. Mr. Tallon <br />opened up discussion to .the audience, but no interest was expressed. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve option one of the proposal submitted by Cablevision, 24910 Lorain <br />Road, to install pole (similar to an Illuminating Company pole) in side yard to accept an overhead run of <br />fiber optic lines from the poles in the rigb.t of way and then use underground conduit to complete the <br />installation into the building with the recommendation that when the plan is complete it will be <br />submitted to the city for approvaL The motion was seconded by T. Brennan and unanimously <br />approved. The clerk advised this proposal will move on to the B.Z.D. committee of council and a <br />recommendation will be made to council. She explained the applicant will have to contact the clerk of <br />council for meeting dates. <br />N. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1) Cinnamon Woods South. Assemblv and Zoning Change. <br />The proposal is to combine Permanent Parcel Numbers 264-5-1 and 264-7-43 into one parceL This is <br />the area recently annexed by North Olmsted from Olmsted Township. The combined parcel will abut <br />Permanent Parcel Numbers 234-8-8, 234-11-23 thru 45, 64 thru 84 and 108 thru 127. The area is <br />located between Cook Road and Cinnamon Woods Condominiums south of the cul de-sac at the end of <br />Cinnamon Woods Way. The township had the area zoned One Family Residential (R1-40), the <br />proposed North Olmsted zoning would be Mixed Use. <br />4
