The oath was administered to Ms. <br />Kopko, and Mr. Kuper, from K.H.K Properties. Mr. Gomersall reviewed the variances being requested <br />and asked to hear the proposal. Mr. Kuper indicated the front of the building is a one story building <br />which is also attached to a two story building, that the new addition will connect to. The reason for the <br />addition is basically for the Dentist who would like to expand his office. The lot is a very narrow lot <br />which makes the building hard to expand so the new addition will be within the rear setback. Mr. <br />Gomersall suggested the board members have all visited the site and this board thinks it will improve the <br />site. No further questions were asked. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant K.H.K.
