Mr. Homolak <br />indicated there is no shed. The inspector indicated if the 10' x 10' ft shed was removed, it would give <br />me 100' ft more, so the shed was removed. Mr. Conway indicated then you only need a 156' Sq ft <br />Variance. Mr. Gomersall indicated we will use the 156' Sq ft for the variance that is needed. Mr. <br />Gomersall asked if there were any further questions from the board members or audience members. <br />Mr. Moloney suggested he was at the site earlier in the day, and in his opinion the swimming pool will <br />not interfere with any neighbors. No further comments were made. <br />T. All so requests variance to place shed siac feet from the rear property line and <br />two and one-half feet from the side property line. <br />1). Request a 7. Sq ft Variance for excess size. <br />2). Request a 4. ft Variance for encroacbment of required rear set back. <br />3). 2-1/2 ft Variance for encroachment ofrequired side set back. <br />Violation ofOrd. 90-125, Section 1135.02 (d-1) (size), 1135.02 (d-4) (setback encroachments). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Dillinger. Mr. Gomersall read allowed the variances being requested. Mr. Gomersall asked if any of <br />the board members had any questions for Mr. Dillinger or if any audience members had any concerns <br />regarding this case. Proposal for 52. Sq ft Of wall signage where as the <br />code permits a maximum of 40' Sq ft a violation of Ord. 90-125, Section 1163.11 (b) Note: this was <br />originally approved by the Board of zoning appeals in December of 1996, and never installed. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties before the board. The oath was administered to Mr. <br />Prokopovich. Mr. Gomersall suggested we approved this for you a couple of years ago did we not. <br />Mr. Prokopovich indicated we didn't act on it before ou.r time expired. Mr. Moloney asked if there <br />was a sign on the bu.ilding now. Mr. Prokopovich replied yes, but it is smaller then everyone around <br />us which makes us hard to see.
