Tallon motioned to approve North Olmsted Baptist Church of 4816 Dover Center Road their <br />proposal which consists of adding a recreation center to the existing Church. The motion was <br />seconded by K. O'Rourke and unanimously approved. Motion Carried. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1). Olmsted Manor Consolidation Plat: <br />The proposal, as required by the City, is to combine Permanent Parcels Numbers 232-13-002 and <br />232-13-003 into one (1) parcel. Location is the North side of Mill Road. and the site of the <br />currently being constructed Olmsted Manor Assisted Living Facility. Zoning is Retail Business, <br />General Entirely and the proposal conforms to area and frontage requirements of the Zoning <br />Code. <br />Chairman Tallon called all interested parties forward to review their proposal. Mr. Crawl with <br />civil tech came forward to review the proposal. Mr. Deichmann indicated that the consolidation <br />plat conformed to all the City requirements and is needed, as the building will straddle the two <br />property lines. Mr. Tallon indicated that parcels 232-13- 002 & 003 will be combined and <br />questioned if parcels 232-13-001&004 needed to be addressed. Mr. Deichmann indicated that <br />parcels 232-13-001&004 were not owned by Olmsted Manor. Mr. Tallon inquired if there any <br />questions from the audience members. Councilman Limpert indicated that the neighboring <br />owners would like to know how far the building would sit from the property line. Mr. Tallon <br />indicate that the applicant could review the building location after meeting as the board could only <br />address the address the consolidation plans. <br />R. Ordinance No. 99-139: An ordinance creating new chapter 1140 of the Planning and Zoning code <br />of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Public Facilities Overlay District." <br />Mr. Tallon read the ordinance No. 99-139 & 99-140 aloud and asked Mr. Dubelko to review the <br />ordinances. Mr. Dubelko indicated that he didn't have a copy of the ordinances with him, but <br />could summarize what the ordinances provided. Ordinance 99-139 creates a new chapter in the <br />zoning code, which is, entitled public facility overlay district. With respect to the RTA proposal it <br />would keep the existing single family residential zoning for the land, but subject it to the <br />6
