Mr. Beatty indicated that the entrance would have a steeper roof. The entrance will be 10
x 10 and 16 feet high with a 12, 12 pitch roof. Mr. Yager indicated that he liked the plans,
as they are simple and he agrees with having vinyl on the west side of the building for
future growth. The entrance tower is a good addition. Mr. Zergott questioned if there
would be new signage or lighting added. Mr. Beatty indicated that there would not be any
new signage or lighting. Mr. Yager questioned if the church's name had changed to Grace
Church. Mr. Beatty commented that Mr. Yager was correct. The reason the proposal was
under North Olmsted Baptist Church was because he had made a mistake and did not want
to confuse any of the boards by changing it mid stream.
Mr. Allan motion to approve North Olmsted Baptist Church of 4816 Dover Center Road
their proposal which consists of adding a recreation center to the existing Church, as the
newly submitted plans show. Mr. Zergott reviewed that only the outside of the building, landscaping and materials would
need to be addressed. He questioned 1VIr. Rymarczyk as to whether or not Mr. Yager
could present the proposal as he would not be voting on the proposal. Mr. Rymarczyk
indicated that as long as Mr. Yager abstained from the vote on the proposal he could
present the proposal. Mr. Yager indicated that there was presently a 4-foot gap between
Marty's living room and Fish Furniture, which will be filled in to connect the two buildings.
There will be a continuous look along Lorain road.
