<br />3. No Excuses; 27330 Lorain Road: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of having live music in facility. <br />The following variance is required: <br />A variance to continue having live music in an existing bar without adding sound insulation. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1139.01 B4, K). <br />Note: 1) Previously heard & approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals board 11/12/97. <br />1) Letter from owner stating they have no objections to live music at this location was received <br />11/13/97. <br />2) Cap. Whelan has no reason to deny this variance at this time. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward. As no one came forward to present No <br />Excuses proposal, Mr. Gomersall indicated he would move on to the next case. <br />4. Sebastian Scarcipino; 6309 Brighton Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is required: <br />A 29 square foot variance for the construction of a 10' X 12' shed, in rear yard. (Code allows no <br />more than 91sq ft, applicant requests 120sq ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, <br />(1135.02D 1). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variance being <br />requested. Mr. Scarcipino came forward to present his proposal. Mr. Gomersall indicated the <br />board had no questions and asked if there were any questions from the audience. No further <br />comments were made. <br />T. Koberna motioned to approve Sebastian Scarcipino of 6309 Brighton Drive, his request for <br />variance (1123.12). Which consists of a shed, and that the following variance be granted: <br />A 29 square foot variance for the construction of a 10' X 12' shed, in rear yard. (Code allows no <br />more than 91sq ft, applicant requests 120sq ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, <br />(1135.02 Dl). The motion was seconded by, J. Maloney and unanimously approved. Variance <br />Granted. <br />5. Michael Vasil; 3663 Fairlawn Drive: <br />IZequest for variance (1123.12). Proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is required: <br />A 9.Osquare foot variance for, the construction of an S' X 8' shed in rear yards. (Code permits <br />SSsq ft, applicant requests 64sq ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 D 1). <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variance being <br />requested. Mr. Vasil came forward to present his proposal. Mr. Gomersall indicated the board <br />members had no questions and asked if any audience members had questions. No further <br />comments were made. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to approve Michael ilasil of 3663 Fairlawn Drive his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a shed, and that the following variance be granted: <br />A 9.Osquare foot variance for, the construction of an 8' X 8' shed in rear yards. (Code permits <br />SSsq ft, applicant requests 64sq ft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 D 1). <br />The motion was seconded by, T. Koberna and unanimously approved.
