The oath was <br />administered to Joseph Gercevich, the owner, who came forward to review the proposal. Mr. <br />Maloney questioned why he wants this garage addition. Mr. Gercevich commented he would like <br />to add a shop to his garage for working on his hobbies. The garage will be over the 750 square <br />feet with the addition. Mr. Kremzar questioned if it will be behind the existing garage. Mr. <br />Gercevich replied yes. Mr. Maloney iildicated it is not to be used for a business. Mr. Gercevich <br />replied no, it is strictly for his hobbies. NIr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Joseph Gercevich of 5687 Wellesley Ave. his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a garage addition. <br />l. The proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 63 square foot variance for excessive squai-e footage for a shed, (code permits 77 square feet, <br />applicant shows 140 square feet). <br />2. A 5 foot variance for rear yard setbaclc, (code requires 10 feet, applicant shows 5 feet). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 (d) (1) &(d) (4). <br />Chairman Maloney called al] interestecl parties forward to review the proposal.
