Mr. Maloney indicated that he was basically within the limits of where he wants to place it, so there was really no problem with it. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. J. Konold motioned to grant Jeff-rey Stoflco of 26856 Fairfax Ln. his request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a shed. l. A 42.5 square foot variance for excessive square footage for a shed, (code permits 77.5sqft, applicant shows 120sqft). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 (d) (1). W. Kremzar seconded the motion and was unanimously approved. 5. Arthur BibUs; 23472 Westchester Drive: Request for variance (1123,12). The proposal consists of a front deck.
