r <br />.? <br />i - <br />?.. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the proposal. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Stoflco, the owner, who came forward to review the proposal. Mr. Maloney <br />indicated that he was basically within the limits of where he wants to place it, so there was really no <br />problem with it. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Jeff-rey Stoflco of 26856 Fairfax Ln. his request for variance (1123.12). <br />The proposal consists of a shed. <br />l. A 42.5 square foot variance for excessive square footage for a shed, (code permits 77.5sqft, <br />applicant shows 120sqft). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 (d) (1). W. Kremzar seconded the motion <br />and was unanimously approved. <br />5. Arthur BibUs; 23472 Westchester Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123,12). The proposal consists of a front deck. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A special permit to add to a non-conformina building, section (1165.02). <br />1. A 6-foot vai-iance for front yard setbaclc (corner lot), (code requires 50 feet, applicant shows 44 <br />feet). <br />2. A3-foot variance for side yard setbacl: (corner lot), (code requires 25 feet, applicant shows 22 <br />feet). <br />Which are in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1165.02) and (1135.02 (d) (5). <br />Mr. Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the proposal. The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Bibbs, the owner, who came forward to review the proposal. Mr. Maloney <br />questioned why he wants these variances. Mr. Bibbs replied that they are replacing an old <br />crumbling block porch. None of the boai-d members had a problem with it. Mr. Maloney called for <br />a motion. <br />W. I<remzar motioned to gi-ant Arthur Bibbs of 23472 Westchester Dr. his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a front decl<. <br />1. A 6-foot variance for fi-ont yard setbacl< (corner lot), (code requires SOft, applicant shows 44ft). <br />2. A 3-foot variance for side yard setback (corner lot), (code requires 25ft, applicant shows 22ft). <br />Which are in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1165.02) and (1135.02 (d) (5). The motion was <br />seconded by J. Konold and was unanimously approved. <br />6. Greco Buildina Group; 5487 Jacqueline Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of the installation of Air Conditioning unit. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />l. A 2 foot variance for side yard setbacl<, (code requires 5 feet, applicant shows 3+). <br />Whic11 is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.07 (a)). <br />Mr. Maloney ca(led all interested pai-ties forward to review the proposal. The oath was <br />administered to Dan Greco, a representa.tive fi-om Greco Building Group, who came forward to <br />review the proposal. NI.r. Maloney i»clica.ted that when he visited the site, that in the back of the <br />house where there is an offset deck roof, is there any possibility of moving the air conditioning unit <br />to that location. Mr. Greco indicated that it would still need a variance for that. Mr. Kremzar <br />questioned if any one else in the audience was here for this case. Nobody came forward. He then <br />questioned how close will the neicyhbors window is. Mr. Greco replied that there is only a <br />bathroom second (]ooi- window on the neighboring house plus there are 8-10 foot evergreens <br />3
