The oath was <br />administered to Mr. Jack, the contractor and Mrs. Shalala; one of the owners. Mrs. Shalala <br />indicated that they would like to have a drive-thru window for the donut shop. Mr. Maloney <br />questioned what size trucks would deliver their supplies. Mrs. Shalala indicated that the trucks <br />were not that big "nor" would they block the driveway. Mr. Maloney recommended using a no left <br />turn sign instead of a do not enter sign at the curb cut on Christman Drive. Mr. Konold questioned <br />why they wanted to move the ground sign. Mrs. Shalala indicated that it would only be moved <br />forward in the landscaping bed so that traveling cars can see it better. Mr. Koberna is concerned <br />about the loading dock. In order for a truck to enter, they must enter from Christman. Mrs. <br />Shalala indicated that there is one truck in the evening loading donuts for delivery and only one <br />delivery of supplies a week. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated he believed that 500 feet of Christman <br />Drive was retail. Mr. Jack indicated that there was only one supply delivery once a week. Mrs. <br />Shalala indicated that the rear neighbors suggested usirig their entrance to have the delivery trucks <br />deliver. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to approve Donut Connection / Doug Trowbridge of 29603 Lorain Road <br />their request for variance (1123.12).
