Koberna motioned to grant Troy & Bridget Brookover of 23017 Alexander Rd. their <br />request for variance 1123,12. Which consists of a fence on a corner lot and that the <br />following variances be granted: <br />1. An 18 inch height variance for 26 feet of fence 48 inches high in neighbors front set back <br />(code requires 30 inches, applicant shows 48 inches). <br />2. A variance to install 26 feet of 100% closed fence in neighbor's setback (code permits <br />50% open, applicant shows 100% closed). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section <br />1135.02 (fl (1). NOTE: Existing fence between 23037 and 23017 Alexander is to be <br />removed the same day new fence is installed. <br />The motion was seconded by J. Konold and unanimously approved. Variances Granted. <br />3. James Lumber: 27375 Lorain Rd. <br />Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists displaying of seasonal toys in the <br />required 75-foot commercial setback. The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 53 foot 8 inch variance for front commercial setback (code requires 75 feet, applicant <br />shows 21 foot 4 inches) section 1139.07. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section 1139.07. <br />Chairman Gomer.sall called all interested parties forward to review the variance requested. <br />After waiting a reasonable amount of time for someone to corrie fonvard to represent James <br />Lumber, Mr. Gomersall indicated that he would make a motion to table the proposal until the <br />next regularly scheduled meeting. <br />R. Gomersall motioned to table James Lumber of 27375 Lorain Rd. NOTE: In the framing <br />of the motion. Mr. Gomersall requested that the Clerk contact, the applicant to let him/her <br />know that the proposal is tabled until July 6, 2000, and that they should have a representative <br />present at the next meeting. The motion was seconded by J. Konold and unanimously <br />approved. Proposal Tabled. <br />4. David John Van Sach; 5059 Douglas Dr <br />Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists of shed installation. The following <br />variances are requested: <br />l. A 7 foot variance for rear setback (code requires 10 foot, applicant shows 3 foot) <br />section 1135.02. <br />2. 'A 2 foot variance for side yard setbacks (code requires 5 foot, applicant shows 3 foot) <br />section 1135.02. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 11.35.02. <br />Chairman Gomersall called all interested parties forward to review the variances requested. <br />After waiting a reasonable amount of time for someone to corne forward to represent Van <br />Sach, Mr. Gomersall indicated that he would make a motion to table the proposal until the <br />next regularly scheduled meeting. <br />3
