A 14 foot variance for side yard setback (code requires 25', applicant shows 11') <br />section (1135.06 B). NOTE: Present side yard setback is 15 feet in lieu of 25'. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1135.06 A), (1136.06 B) and (1165.02 B <br />2). The motion was seconded by T. Koberna and unanimously approved. Variances <br />Granted. <br />2. Dennis & Donna Melcher; 6725 Nancv Dr. <br />Request for variance 1123.12. Proposal consists of erecting a shed in rear yard. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 5 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 10', applicant shows 5'). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 D 4). <br />Vice Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variance <br />requested. The oath was administered to Mr. & Mrs. Melcher, the owners who came <br />forward to review their request. Mr. Maloney questioned why the shed was turned in the <br />direction indicated on the drawing. Mrs. Melcher indicated that they did not want to <br />remove the existing tree. Mr. Koberna questioned why the shed would be called a non- <br />permanent structure. Mr. Melcher commented that there would be no footers it would <br />just sit on skid. No further comments or questions were asked. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Dennis & Donna Melcher of 6725 Nancy Dr. their request <br />for variance (1123.12), which consists of erecting a shed in the rear yard and that the <br />following variance be granted: A 5 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 10', <br />applicant shows 5'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 D 4). The <br />motion was seconded by K. Konold and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />3. James Seidel; 24885 Deerfield Dr. <br />Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists of a three-season room addition. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A special permit to add to a non-conforming building, section 1165.02. <br />2. A variance to enlarge a non-conforming dwelling, section 1165.02 (b)(1). <br />3. A 22.5 foot variance for rear yard setback (code permits 50 feet, applicant shows 27.5 <br />feet). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 1135.08 a and 1165.02. <br />Vice Chairman Maloney called a11 interested parties forward and reviewed the variances <br />requested. The oath was administered to Mr. & Mrs. Seidel, the owners who came <br />forward to review the request. Mr. Maloney questioned what the blue and red lines <br />indicated. Mr. Seidel indicated that the first line drawn was incorrect it should be 27 feet. <br />No further comments or questioned were made. <br />T. Koberna motioned to grant James Seidel of 24885 Deerfield Dr. his request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of a three-season room addition and that the following <br />variances be granted: <br />l. A special permit to add to a non-conforming building, section 1165.02. <br />2. A variance to enlarge a non-confornung dwelling, section 1165.02 (b)(1). <br />3. A 22.5 foot variance for rear yard setback (code pernuts 50 feet, applicant shows 27.5 <br />feet) <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 1135.08 and 1165.02. The motion was <br />seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variances Granted. <br />2
