4. Craig Svarovskv; 26699 Fairfax Lane <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of the addition of a 3-season room. <br />The following variance is required: <br />An 8 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 50' applicant shows 42'). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 A). <br />Vice Chairman.Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variance <br />requested. The oath was administered to Mr. Horvath, with Resash Corp. who came <br />forward to review the request. No comments or questions were made. <br />7. Konold motioned to grant Craig Svarovsky of 26699 Fairfax Lane his request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of an addition of a 3-season room and that the <br />following variance be granted: <br />An 8 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 50' applicant shows 42'). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 A). The motion was seconded by, <br />W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variance Granted. <br />5. James Held; 5503 Pheasant Walk <br />Request for variance 1123.12. The proposal consists of building a home. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 7 foot rear yard variance for home on corner lot (code requires 50', applicant shows <br />43'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125, section 1135.08a. <br />Vice Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward and reviewed the variance <br />requested. The oath was administered to Mr. Held, the owner, Mr. Athen, the builder, <br />and Mr. Duplaga, a concerned neighbor who came forward to review the request. Mr. <br />Held indicated that two years ago they were granted a 9foot variance and this time it is <br />only a 7foot variance needed. Mr. Maloney questioned if the water plug would be <br />removed to accommodate the home. Mr. Held answered "yes". Mr. Duplaga indicated <br />that he just wanted to review the blue prints, to see what the house would look like. Mr. <br />Held and Mr. Duplaga reviewed the plans together. No further comments or questions <br />were made. <br />J. The proposal consists of an addition to existing garage. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. 1.9 foot variance for side yard setback, (code requires Sft applicant shows 3.3ft), <br />section (1135.02 D 4). <br />2. A 2.4 foot variance for height of garage, (code permits 15ft, applicant shows 4.3 <br />correction 17.4), section (1135.02 Cl). <br />3. A 1758 Square Foot variance for the size of garage, (code allows 750sq ft applicant <br />showa 2408 sq. ft), section (1135.02 C1). <br />4. A variance to construct an accessory building prior to the construction of the <br />permanent dwelling, section ( 1135.02). <br />3
