The proposal consists of building a shed. The following variances <br />are requested: <br />1) A 3 ft. variance for side lot line setback (code requires 5 ft., applicant shows 2 ft.), section <br />(113 5.02 D-4). <br />2) A 6 ft. variance for rear lot line setback (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 4 ft.), section <br />(1135.02 D-4). <br />3) A 39 square ft: variance for exceeding 2% of rear yard (code permits 81 square ft., applicant <br />shows 120 square ft.), section (1135.02 D-1). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-1, and 1135.02 D-4. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. & Mrs. Manchas; <br />the owners came forward to be sworn in and review there request. Mr. Manchas indicated that there <br />was currently a metal shed in the rear of the yard, which was rotting away. They would like to <br />replace the existing shed with a new slightly larger shed and have it in the same spot. IVIrs. Manchas <br />suggested that if the new shed is placed according to today's code it would be in the middle of their <br />backyard. Mr. Koberna questioned what the size of the new shed would be. Iv1i-. Manchas indicated <br />that the size of the shed would be 10' x 12'. IV1r. Maloney indicated that the board wanted the shed <br />5-feet in from the rear yard line. Mrs. Manchas indicated that the shed would be placed 3-feet from <br />the side yard line instead of 2-feet. Mr. Maloney reviewed the changes of the variance request with <br />the applicants and questioned if they agreed to the changes. Mr. & Mrs. Manchas stated that they <br />agreed to the amended variance request. <br />7.
