? IZequest for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of adding a sunroom to rear of home. The <br />following variance is requested: <br />A 9 foot variance for rear yard setback, (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 41 ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 A). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Doug Sabala, the owner, and David Cueni, the builder, whom came forward to review the request. <br />Mr. Sabala indicated that they are proposing to add a 14 ft. wide x 15 ft, deep sunroom to the rear of <br />their house. It would reduce the required 50 ft. setback by 9 ft. leaving a 41 ft. setback for the rear yard. <br />Mr. Kremzar questioned if there was a slab there now. Mr. Sabala replied "no". They are going to be <br />added with footers. Mr. Maloney indicated that they must have just renovated that entire backyard. Mr. <br />Sabala indicated "yes". The board had no further comments or questions. Mr. Maloney called for a <br />motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Doug & Patricia Sabala of 5530 Pheasants Walk Dr. their request for <br />variance (1123.12). Which consists of adding a sunroom and that the following variance be granted: <br />A 23 foot variance for required rear yard setback, (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 27 ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.08 A). The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar <br />and unanimously approved. Variance Grarnted 7/5/01. <br />8. Kevin Dunn: 23781 Gessner Road; <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 72 square foot variance for exceeding the maximum 200 square foot allowed, (code permits 200 sq. ft., <br />applicant shows 272 sq. ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 d-1). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Tina Dunn; the owner, who came forward to review the request. Mr. Maloney indicated that he had <br />no problem. IVIr. Koberna agreed, it is far enough offthe sides. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />W. Thomas Roaal: 29555 Bretton Ridge Road: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 1 foot 8 inch variance for side ]ot line setback, (code requires 5 ft., applicant shows 3 ft. 4 in.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 d-4). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Thomas and Doris Rogal, the owners, who came forward to review the request. Mr. Maloney <br />indicated that they already had a shed in their backyard. Mr. Rogal replied yes. Mrs. Rogal indicated <br />that they need a 1 ft. 8 inch variance. That was the only place that the shed could be placed. She showed <br />a diagram of their backyard and it showed all of the trees and Iandscaping. Mr. Maloney commented that <br />there were many trees. Mrs. Rogal explained there is a 10 ft. slope down the rear of the yard, so it is not <br />level there. There is just na other place to put it. Mr. Maloney indicated that he had no problem with it. <br />Mr. Konold agreed. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />5
