Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-1 and 1135.02 D-4. The motion was seconded <br />by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Variances Grantecl 6/7/01. <br />2. Sabrina Krull; 5136 Andrus Ave. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of installing a swimming pool. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 40 sq. ft. variance for a swimming pool (code permits 576 sq. ft., applicant shows 616 sq. ft.), <br />section (1135.02 (D-2)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-2. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Daniel Krull, the homeowner, who came forward to review the request. Mr. Maloney reviewed the <br />variance requested for the swimming pool. The lot is very narrow and it is a hardship to fit the pool in <br />there. The board had no further comments or, questions. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Sabrina Krull of 5136 Andrus Ave. her request for variance (1123.12). <br />Which consists of a swimming pool and that the following variance be granted: <br />1) A 40 sq. ft. variance for a swimming pool (code permits 576 sq. ft., applicant shows 616 sq. ft.), <br />section (1135.02 (D-2)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-2. The motion was seconded by T. Koberna and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted 6/7/01. <br />3. Michael Palange9 27360 Blossorrn Blvd. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of building a shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A 3 ft. variance for side setback (code requires 5 ft., applicant shows 2 ft.), section (1135.02 (D-4)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-4. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Michael Palange, the homeowner. Mr. Palange indicated that he wanted to build an 8' x 10' shed and <br />he needs a three (3) ft. variance for the side setback. There is a swimming pool back there and it is kind <br />of close quarters. The board had no further comments or questions. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Michael Palange of 27360 Blossom Blvd. his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a shed and that the following variance be granted: <br />1) A 3 ft. variance for side setback (code requires 5 ft., applicant shows Z ft.), section (1135.02 (D-4)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.02 D-4. The motion was seconded by J. Konold and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted 6/7/01. <br />4. lZonald Wemneman; 23089 Macbeth Ave. - <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of adding an addition and an attached garage. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1) A special pernut to add to a nonconforming building (1165.02). <br />2) A 6 foot 4 inch variance for combined side lot setbacks (code requires 15 feet, applicant shows 8 ft. 8 <br />inches), section (1135.07 A). <br />3) A-1 foot variance for left side lot required minimum setback (code requires 5 feet, applicant shows 4 <br />feet), section (1135.07 A). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1165.02, 1135.07 A, and 1135.07 A. <br />2
