The proposal consists of building and parking lot expansion. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1) A 16 ft. variance for front yard setback of building (code requires 75 ft., applicant shows 59 <br />ft.), Section (1139.07). <br />2) A 19 ft. variance for front yard setback of parking (code requires 20 ft., applicant shows 1 ft.), <br />Section (1139.07). <br />3) A 8 ft. variance for side yard setback of parking (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 2 ft.), <br />Section. The proposal consists of temporary construction field office. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 63 ft. variance for front yard setback (code requires 75 ft., applicant shows 12 ft.), Section <br />(1139.07). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1139.07). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the proposal. The oath was <br />adininistered to Tim Matheny, the project manager, caine forward to review the proposal. Mr. <br />1Vlaloney indicated that they are requesting a variance for front yard setback to place a temporary <br />construction trailer, which is already in place on the site. Mr. Matheny commented he put it there <br />not knowing it would be in violation of zoning codes. Mr. Koberna questioned how long they are <br />looking to keep the trailer there. IVIr. Matheny indicated they have an opening date of around July <br />12, 2001, but it might slide a week either way. Mr. Maloney questioned if the end of July would <br />be sufficient for them to complete their work. Mr. Matheny indicated that the end of July would <br />work for him. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Benrugan's of 4824 Great_Northern Blvd. the variance as requested <br />with a time limit of until the end of July. T.
