Mr. Mike DiMichele <br />came forward on behalf of Brilliant Electric Sign Co. He indicated they would like reasonable signage <br />for a major tenant at the mall. They would like three readings of the word "Dillard's" and signage over <br />the entrances. He added there would be lettering on the entrances inside as well. Mr. Konold <br />commented that the signs would be a little high. He added they are doing a good job there. Mr. <br />Kremzar asked if Mr. Conway had any concerns. Mr. Conway indicated he is leaving it in the board's <br />hands. <br />J. Konold made a motion to grant Dillards of 649 Great Northern Mall the request for variance <br />(1123.12), which consists of signage and that the following variances be granted: <br />1: A.4 foot variance for excessive height of wall sign (west elevation) (code permits 4 ft., applicant <br />shows 8 ft.), section (1163.27 (c)). <br />2. A 4 foot variance for excessive height of wall sign (south elevation) (code permits 4 ft., applicant <br />shows .8 ft.), section (1163.27 (c)). <br />3. A 4 foot variance for excessive height of wall sign (east elevation) (code permits 4 ft., applicant <br />shows 8 ft.), section (1163.27 (c)). <br />4.
