Note: Current residence has only a 45 foot 6 inch front setback (code requires 50 ft.) section (1135.06 <br />(a)) • <br />1. A 10 ft. 6 inch variance for a residential front setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 39 ft. <br />6 inches), section (1135.06 (a)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1165.02), and (1135.06 (a)). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their r.equest. 1VIrs. Malloy. came <br />forward to be sworn in and address her request. Mrs. Malloy reviewed that the roof was replaced 10 <br />years ago and it now leeks because of the pitch of the two sections which meet. She felt that since <br />she was having the roof fixed she would try to do something to make the front of the house look more <br />pleasing to the eye. There was a dormer added to the ranch and it has never looked good in her <br />opinion. Mrs. Malloy reviewed the dimensions of the new porch. No further comments were made. <br />N. Sergi motioned to grant Audrey Malloy of 4020 Clague Road her request for variance (1123.12). <br />Which consists of adding a front porch and that the following variances are granted: <br />A special permit to add to a non-conforming building (1165.02). <br />1. A 10 ft. 6 inch variance for a residential front setback (code requires 50 ft., applicant shows 39 ft. <br />6 inches), section (1135.06 (a)). <br />Which-is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1165.02), and (1135.06 (a)). J. Konold seconded the <br />motion, which was unanimously approved. Variances Granted. <br />7). Gary Esses4391 Danberry Drive: WRD -4 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a shed. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 36 square foot variance for a shed larger than code permits (code permits 84 sq. ft. applicant <br />shows 120 sq. ft). <br />Note: New shed will replace existing shed, which was approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals June <br />of 1972 for the same square footage. <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 D1). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review their request. Mr. Esses the owner <br />came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Esses indicated that the existing shed is 30 <br />years old and he would just like to replace the shed with a new shed the same size, height and width. <br />The new shed will be vinyl and the dimensions are 12-foot by 10-foot which equals 110 square feet. <br />Mr. Esses showed the board members pictures of the existing shed arid what it looked like on the lot. <br />Mrs. Sergi commented that the homeowner does not have a basement in his home. No further <br />comments were made. <br />W. Kremzar motioned to grant Gary Esses of 4391 Danberry Drive his request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of a shed and that the following variance is granted: <br />l.
