Mr. Sindelar the
owner came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. Sindelar suggested that the existing
deck is hard to use because of the amount of mosquitoes in the area. The County has sprayed and it
has helped but he is still concern for his children. He would just like to close in the existing deck to
protect his family from the mosquitoes and be able to use the room. The measurements he submitted
are accurate as he has pins in the corners of his lot and his measurements were taken from those
points. There will be drains on the addition and they will be connected to the existing downspouts.
The shed is an existing shed that has been in the backyard for quite some time so he is not sure why it
needs a variance.
