, <br />3. Christonlner Campbell, 24081 Carla Lane, WRD 2 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of a three season enclosure. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 5 foot variance for a residence too close to rear property line, (code requires 50', applicant <br />shows 45'). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.08 A). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to be sworn in and review the <br />request. Klingenberg, with Champion Windows and Mr. Conway a friend of the owners <br />each came forward to be sworn in and address the request. The applicant reviewed that the <br />room will be 13 x 15'. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant Christopher Campbell, 24081 Carla Lane his request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of a three season enclosure and that the following <br />variance is granted: A 5 foot variance for a residence too close to rear property line, <br />(code requires 50', applicant shows 451). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section <br />(1135.08 A). T. Kelley seconded the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />4. Ronald & Tammv Hughes, 24931 Mitchell Drive: WRD 4 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of erecting a fence. <br />The following variances are requested: . <br />1. A 46 foot variance for a fence installed within a neighbors 50' front setback on a corner <br />lot, (code permits 0, applicant shows 46'), section (1135.02 F2). <br />2. An 18 inch variance for a 4 foot high fence installed within a neighbor's 50 foot front <br />setback on a corner lot, (code permits 30", applicant shows 48"), section (1135.02 F 1). <br />3. A variance for a fence less than 50% open in a 50' neighbor front setback on a corner lot, <br />(code requires 50% open, applicant shows less that 50%, section (1135.02 F 1). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1135.02 F1) and (1135.02 F2). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to be sworn in and review the <br />request. Mr. Hughes, Mrs. McKay-Hughes the owners, Mr. Ramsey, the contractor, and <br />Councilman McKay each came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Mr. <br />Ramsey reviewed that the home is a corner lot and reviewed a letter from his neighbor <br />indicating they had no objections to the fence. The owners voiced that they would like to <br />protect their children the lot is a corner lot on a busy street. Mr. McKay reviewed that for <br />the safety of the children and with a major development starting and the pool they would <br />like the area fenced in, the grading would not be altered. <br />N. Sergi moved to grant Ronald & Tammy Hughes of 24931 Mitchell Drive their <br />request for variance (1123.12), which consists of erecting a fence and that the following <br />variances are granted: <br />1.
