Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 D1). <br />Note: <br />Rear yard = 70' x 60' = 4200 sq. ft. Proposed shed = 120 sq. ft. <br />X.02 % Shed allowed = 84 sq. ft. <br />84 sq. ft. allowed Variance req. = 36 sq. ft. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to be sworn in and review the <br />request. Ms. Taylor, daughter of owner and Ms. Murphy owner each came forward to be <br />sworn in and address the request. Ms. Taylor explained that the contractor pulled a permit <br />for the slab of the shed in the winter which indicated the size of the shed and the contractor <br />felt that it was approved so he constructed the shed. Chairman read aloud a letter received <br />from a neighbor voicing they did not want that size of shed. The applicants felt that the <br />writer of the letter was mad because they filed a complaint against them for the mess in the <br />rear of their yard. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that the Building Department was also to blame <br />for the shed being constructed as they did not catch the size when the permit was pulled for <br />the slab. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant Eileen Murphy of 4773 Georgette Road her request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of an as-built shed and that the following variance <br />is granted: A 36 square foot variance for a shed installed in rear yard which exceecls <br />2% lot coverage, (code permits 84 sq. ft., applicant shows 120 sq. ft.). Which is in <br />violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 D1). J. Maloney seconded the motion, which <br />was unanimously approved. <br />8. Don & Glinda Holmok, 4303 Dogwood Trail, WRD 1 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of adding a deck &(3) season room. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1). A 5 foot variance for a residence too close to rear property line, (code requires 50', <br />applicant shows 45'). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.08 A). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to be sworn in and review the <br />request. Mr. Holmok the homeowner and Mr. Klingenberg with Champion Windows each <br />came forward to be sworn in and address the proposal. Mr. Maloney voiced that the board <br />received a letter t'rom their neighbor indicating they had no objections to the request. <br />N. Sergi moved to grant Don & Linda Holmok of 4303 Dogwood Trail their request for <br />variance (1123.12), which consists of adding a deck &(3) season room and that the <br />following variance is granted: A 5 foot variance for a residence too close to rear <br />property lizie, (code requires 50', applicant shows 451). Which is in violation of Ord. <br />90-125 section (1135.08 A). W. Kremzar seconded the motion, which was unanimously <br />approved. <br />9. Muna Mustafa, 6167 Park Ridge Drive, WRD 3 <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of erecting a shed. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 93 square foot variance for a shed which exceeds 2% lot coverage, (code permits 99 <br />sq. ft., applicant shows 192 sq. ft), section (1135.02 D1), (See note). <br />- 2. A 5 foot variance for a shed too close to rear property line, (code requires 10', applicant <br />shows 5'), section (1135.02 D2). <br />5
