Ms. Taylor, daughter of owner and Ms. Murphy owner each came forward to be sworn in and address the request. Ms. Taylor explained that the contractor pulled a permit for the slab of the shed in the winter which indicated the size of the shed and the contractor felt that it was approved so he constructed the shed. Chairman read aloud a letter received from a neighbor voicing they did not want that size of shed. The applicants felt that the writer of the letter was mad because they filed a complaint against them for the mess in the rear of their yard. Mr. Rymarczyk indicated that the Building Department was also to blame for the shed being constructed as they did not catch the size when the permit was pulled for the slab. W. Kremzar moved to grant Eileen Murphy of 4773 Georgette Road her request for variance (1123.12), which consists of an as-built shed and that the following variance is granted: A 36 square foot variance for a shed installed in rear yard which exceecls 2% lot coverage, (code permits 84 sq. ft., applicant shows 120 sq. ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.02 D1). J. Maloney seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. 8. Don & Glinda Holmok, 4303 Dogwood Trail, WRD 1 Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of adding a deck &(3) season room. The following variance is requested: 1). A 5 foot variance for a residence too close to rear property line, (code requires 50', applicant shows 45'). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section (1135.08 A). Mr. Maloney voiced that the board received a letter t'rom their neighbor indicating they had no objections to the request. N. Sergi moved to grant Don & Linda Holmok of 4303 Dogwood Trail their request for variance (1123.12), which consists of adding a deck &(3) season room and that the following variance is granted: A 5 foot variance for a residence too close to rear property lizie, (code requires 50', applicant shows 451). The proposal consists of erecting a shed. The following variances are requested: 1. A 93 square foot variance for a shed which exceeds 2% lot coverage, (code permits 99 sq. ft., applicant shows 192 sq. ft), section (1135.02 D1), (See note). - 2. A 5 foot variance for a shed too close to rear property line, (code requires 10', applicant shows 5'), section (1135.02 D2). 5
