Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections <br />(1163.27 A), (1163.27 C), (1163.24 C), (1163.24 B), and (1163.27 D). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Davis with <br />Sign Lite Services, came forward to be sworn in and review the request. The applicant <br />reviewed that the owner of Chuck E Cheese is in the process of remodeling the exterior of <br />their building. Some of the existing signs will be reused and some additional signs and logos <br />are being added. Extensive discussion as to placement, height, and overall size took place <br />between the applicant and board members. Board members were given an elevation plan to <br />view what was being requested. <br />J. Maloney Moved to grant Chuck E Cheese of 26104 Great Northern Shopping Center their <br />request for variance (1123.12), which consists of new sign locations and that the following <br />variances are granted as amended and agreed upon: NOTE: The following is the corrected <br />write-up from the Building Department: <br />1. A variance for 3 wall signs on a building unit, (code permits 1, applicant shows 4), section <br />(1163.27 A). <br />2. A 71.15 square foot variance for total signage on a building), (code permits 138 sq. ft., <br />applicant shows 209.15 sq ft.), section (1163.24 B). <br />VVhich is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1163.27 A) and (1163.24 B).
