The applicants have a dog and would like to be a foster <br />care home and need to have a fenced in play area. They felt that due to the busy traffic and the placement <br />of their home on the lot their request is warranted. The double gate is to have access to their cement pad. <br />W. Kremzar moved to grant Scott c& Kim Crisfield of 3919 Clague Road their request for variance <br />(1123.12), wluch consists of a new fence and that the following variances are granted: <br />1. An 18 inch variance for too high within a neighbors 50' front setback on a corner lot, (code <br />permits 3011, applicant shows 48"), section (1135.02 (fl)). <br />2. A 49 foot variance for a 4 foot fence within a neighbors 50' front setback on a corner lot, (code <br />requires 501, applicant shows 1'), section (1135.02 (0)). <br />Wluch is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1135.02 (fl)) and (1135.02 (fL)). Proposal consists of adding a roof over an existing porch. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A special pernut to add to a non-confornung building (1165.02), (see Note #1). <br />1. A 9 foot variance for a structure within the 50 foot front yard setback, (code requires 50', applicant <br />shows 41'). <br />Wluch is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.06 (a)). <br />Note: #1. Existing building is already within the 50-foot front yard setback. In addition, existing building <br />does not have the required 20-foot total side yard setback it only has 15-foot total side yard setback. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The <br />owners need to replace an existing awning that is currently on the house now. They would like to replace <br />the awnuig with a permanent roof. The neighbor felt that the roof would be an improvement to the site. <br />T. Proposal consists of placing a small trailer at a development site, and an <br />extension for temporary sales signs (issued for 30 days). <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A special permit variance for obtauung a special permit for a sales trailer, (code does not permit), <br />applicant shows 1), section (1123.06). <br />2. A 23 month variance for display of temporary signs (see note #1), (code permits 30 days, applicant <br />shows 24 months), section (1163.33 (g)). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections, (1123.06) and (1163.33 (g)). <br />Note: #1 Pernut 947054 issued for temporary signs 2/23/04 expires 3/23/04. <br />Pernut #47055 issued for temporary sign 2/20/04 expires 3/20/04. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request.
