The standard as listed in Section B.5. states that the <br />individual is either normal or abnormal. The term "anomalous trichromacy" simply means abnormal <br />color vision. The second line states that. individuals should be referred if they fail a screening for <br />confirmation by a professional. Since I would qualify as that professional, no additional referral would <br />be mandated by this requirement. <br />In summary, Mr. David Stein would not meet the requirements of color vision as stated by the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />I hope this helps to answer your questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Todd A.
