� r <br />Commissioners need to motion on the Lieutenants written protests received: <br />Mr. Thomay indicated that each of the commissioners received a copy of each of the 19 protests <br />filed as well as a copy of the responses from Ramsey Testing Company to each protest question <br />submitted. He voiced that he carefully reviewed all documents submitted. Ms. Giesser voiced that <br />she also reviewed all the documents submitted. Mr. Thomay indicated that the Commissioners <br />will motion on each of the questions protested. Ms. Giesser indicated that she would like to invite <br />any of the firefighters present to first come forward to voice their opinion before the <br />commissioner's rule on the protests. The firefighters present thanked the commissioners for the <br />invitation and indicated that they did not whish to speak. Mr. Thomay indicated that he would then <br />start the motions. <br />Mr. Thomay reviewed that there were two protests received pertaining to question #9 protests "A <br />& B". He read all the documentation and felt the protests should be denied. <br />J. Thomay motions to deny the appeal of question #9 protest "A" & `B". R. Giesser seconded <br />the motion, which was unanimously approved. Question #9 appeal "A & B" denied <br />Mr. Thomay indicated that the next protest to address would be protest "C" pertaining to question <br />#15. <br />J. Thomay motions to deny the appeal of question #15 protest "C". R. Giesser seconded the <br />motion. Roll call on the motion Thomay and Giesser "Yes", M. Ubaldi abstained. Question <br />#15 appeal `.`C" denied <br />Mr. Thomay indicated that the next protest to address is protest "D" question 929. He felt that the <br />question added the word "good". The study material did not use the word "good", which was <br />addressed in. the protest. He did not feel that Ramsey addressed the issue. Ms. Giesser agreed <br />with Mr. Thomay. <br />R. Giesser motion to omit question #29 on the basis that the materials did not provide the <br />answer. J. Thomay seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. Question #29 <br />omitted from test. <br />Mr. Thomay indicated that protests "E & P received pertain to question #99 was next. <br />J. Thomay "Yes". <br />Question #99 appeal "E & F" denied <br />Mr. Thomay announced the next "items would be protest "G & IT' received to question #110. <br />Ramsey & Associates voiced that there was a typographical error, which could have been confusing <br />to the candidates. <br />J.
