CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION INDEX FOR 2006 MEETINGS Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to adjourn at 9:15 pm. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. MARCH 20, 2006 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to approve the Civil Service Rules and Regulations manual for distribution. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Pursuant to Rule VII, Section 8, c of the North Olmsted Civil Service Rules and Regulations manual, Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove Kirt Strahinic from the Firefighter Entry -Level Eligibility List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify the name of Joseph Humm to the Firefither Entry-level Eligibility List and to release a copy of his application to the appointing authority. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to inform Migdelio Carmargo of removal of this name from the Police Entry-level Eligibility List at the Civil Service Commission meeting in April pursuant to Rule VII, Section 8, a, i and to include quotes from the sections. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Jack Cook Jr., Robert Drake, Migdelio Carmargo Jr., Jason Ziemnik and Scott Harper for the Police Entry -Level Eligibility List to the Safety Department. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion for the Civil Service Commission to send a notice with a request for a response to the remaining candidates on the Firefighter Entry -Level eligibility List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Civil Service Commission begins the creation and mailing of a request for qualification to pertinent consultants that have or will respond to the initial request in relations to the testing for the Corrections Officers. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved.
