CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION INDEX FOR 2006 MEETINGS Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to retain Ramsey & Associates for the purposes for testing one (1) or all three (3) of the subordinate ranks at the Police Department. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. OCTOBER 10, 2006 (Special Meeting) Mr. Ubaldi ,made a motion to approve as outline and distribute the documents for the Promotional Testing for Police Captain. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. OCTOBER 16, 2006 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes with the amended times for the minutes dated October 10, 2006. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to designate the Youth Services Administrator's position as classified. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove Scott Hamer's name from the Police Entry -Level Eligible List pursuant to Rule Il, "Entry -Level Applicant Qualifications", Section 7, "Other Entry -Level Police and Firefighter/Paramedic Requirements", b, "Applicants for entry-level appointment to the Police Department as a police officer shall satisfy the age requirements and physical qualifications established by Ohio Revised Code Section 124.41 to be eligible for appointment". Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove Mark Kassnel from the Police Entry -Level Eligible list due to the fact he is employed in another city. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Christopher Kopp and Kyle Leonard to the appointing authority along with a copy of their applications. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. NOVEMBER 20, 2006 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove the names of Christopher Kopp and George Ruple from the Police Entry -Level Eligible List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Brian Carney to the appointing authority along with a copy of his application. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved.
