3 - Annual Report - 1966 <br />Board of Building Code Appeals <br />Public hearing required by Ord. #2806 appeal by S. A. Kadar to build <br />1 1/2 story dwelling on S.L. 286 Porter Road. Mr. McEntee made motion <br />that since architectural features were not clear on the front of the <br />house, completed blueprints be brought to next meeting, Mr. Hebebrand <br />seconded, unanimous. <br />Mr. Dansberg stated copy of vacant 401 lots in the Butternut Ridge <br />Subdivision were furnished to Alex Mangani, Chairman Council Design <br />and Platting Committee. Suggested member of Board be present at the <br />next meeting of Design & Platting Committee to discuss change from <br />Zone B to Zone C. <br />Regular Meeting - July 26, 1966 <br />Ferneo Joint Sealers: Unanimous decision of Board to put this into <br />committee until such time as there is more than one manufacturer of <br />this product. <br />Continuation Public hearing required by Ord. #2806 appeal by S.A. Kadar <br />to build split-level dwelling on S.L. #286 Porter Road. Blueprints <br />presented. Mr. McEntee made motion to approve if following conditions <br />are complied with: setback and sideline restrictions met, landscaping <br />in and house completed within 6 months, Mr. Gilbert seconded, unanimous. <br />Discussion of Council Design & Platting Committee denial of request to <br />change Butternut Ridge Subdivision from Zone B to Zone C. Henry Caster, <br />member of committee recommended his committee meet with Board at the <br />next meeting of the Board. Unanimous decision to make this request. <br />Sewer Contractor examinations: unanimous decision that John Forbes <br />give the examination, Mr. Gundy correct them and submit corrected copies <br />for Boardts approval. <br />Regular Meeting - August 23, 1966 <br />Mr. Irwin L. Seidel was given the Oath of Office by Mayor Christman, <br />Mr. Mangani and Mr. Caster, Council Design & Platting Committee, appeared <br />in regard to zoning of Butternut Ridge Subdivision. Mr. Mangani stated <br />the request to change to Zone C had been denied as it would be preferrable <br />for lot owner to appear with house plans and blueprints before building. <br />With a public hearing, each house could be considered on its own merits <br />and the present homeowners would be protected. Also stated it would be <br />impossible to change vacant lots to Zone C and leave present homes <br />Zone B. <br />Hearing required by Ord. #64-113 appeal by S. W. Fulton to build de- <br />tached concrete garage. Mr. Gilbert made motion to approve if following <br />conditions are complied with: 3 foot deep concrete footer, brick front <br />to match house and waterproof sealer applied to cement block. <br />Mr. McEntee seconded, unanimous, <br />r� <br />u <br />
