The Board referred Mr. Pellan to the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals since the area of Mill Road is zoned for retail business but <br />the north side of the street where the houses in ouestion would be located, is <br />adjacent to (A) residential area and would be the only residential usage <br />allowed on Mill Road, therefore; the multiple dwellings would hot be per d tted <br />on the north -lied of Mi7..1 Pond according to Ordi.ngnce //62-33, Section 1173.02(A). <br />Approval for such a move would not be within this Board's jurisdiction. <br />Regular Meeting - August 16, 1967 <br />Letter from Building Commissioner regarding Ordinance 1,166-112 and a re.-uest for <br />permit by the Fire Department for installation of protective equipment required <br />by raid ordinance. A fee cost was to be considered with the Board's recommendation <br />J. be taken to Council for approval. Mr. Gilbert moved that a permit, issued by <br />® the Building Department, be required to install this equipment and that a fee <br />of X5.00 be charged. Mr. McEntee seconded the motion. Unanimously approved. <br />Public Hearing required by Ordinance #64-113, requested by Marjak Development <br />Co. to use block on north and south (side) walls of the proposed Topps Depart- <br />ment Store, Great Northern Boulevard. Mr. Seidel moved that we do not go <br />against the Code and that we insist upon brick above grade. Mr. ?McEntee <br />seconded the motion. Unanimously passed. <br />The Electrical Code dated 4/1/67 with the necessary changes made by the Board <br />was approved. <br />The Amendment to the Incinerator Code (82-82A) was accepted with the addition <br />of the following supplement: "Single chamber chute -fed incinerator utilizing <br />a combination trash chute and chimney shall be prohibited.". <br />Regular Meeting - September 20, 1,967 <br />Mr. Gundy brought up the subject of the city's policy regarding the number of <br />tests that may be given to sewer contractors desiring to work in North Olmsted. <br />Mr. McEntee moved that two written tests may be given a minimum of 90 days <br />apart. In the event that the second test is failed by the applicant, no test <br />may be given until one year from the date of the second test. Mr. Seidel <br />seconded the motion. Unanimously approved. <br />Public Hearing required by Ordinance #63-224, requested by George Bellan, to <br />move a frame dwelling from 18797 Rocky River Oval to Permanent Parcel #232-19-34 <br />(41,06 Dover Center Road). Mr. Dansberg moved that the Building Department issue <br />a permit subject to the enlarging and enclosing of porch to bring the house up <br />to size regulations and subject to a rear yard variance being granted by the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals - complete grading to be completed and house ready for <br />occupancy within six months of date of permit. Mr. Gilbert seconded the motion. <br />Unanimously approved. <br />
