The property has frontage on <br />Brookpark Road but access from the Mall Ring Road. The applicant is requesting a variance for <br />depth of the street lawn, which is the yard setback along Brookpark Road; 20 feet is required and <br />9.5 feet is shown. The requested variances for signage include sign area per lot (based on lease <br />area), sign area per building, number of ground signs (four total), number of wall signs (four <br />total) and one wall sign that exceeds both height and area (painted mural). Ms. Holbrook said the <br />setback is requested to align the parking to the existing parking. The painted mural would be on <br />the wall and is included in many of their other locations. Three of the signs included in the <br />standard brand package have been removed for this project. <br />Ms. Lieber said the proposed street lawn depth would keep the current parking lot in line with <br />the rest of the street lawn bordering Brookpark Road. The three ground signs will provide for the <br />restaurant's drive-through facilities. Currently, there is one existing multi -tenant sign that serves <br />
