Ile noted that an additional drive-thru lane was added to the project and explained <br />that it is an industry trend in the yuick service restaurants. I Ic noted that people tend to access <br />restaurants more from their vehicles then going inside. Mr. Wellcrt explained that with the <br />addition ofthe second dme-thru lane it moved the trash enclosure from the rear of the building to <br />the northeast comer of the property. Ile said that the storm water plan remains the carne and if <br />there are anm additional calculations ai the final review they will accommodate them. Ile indicated <br />that permeable pavement was added at the north end of the lot at the exit drive onto Silverdale <br />Road. Mr. R'ellert stated that in order to accommodate turn radiuses for emerucnc% %chicles and <br />delrcen trucks the front concrete divider in the drlK%%'ay will have to he a low curb to allow t'or <br />vehicles to drive over. <br />Mr. Olimos asked about the exit onto Silverdale. Mr. N cllcrt explained that the driveway to <br />Silverdale is contigured as an exit onh: So the intent would be vehicles would lust c%1t onto <br />Sihcrdale. N discussion was held regarding exiting the restaurant. <br />Mr. Olives asked if everything is going to be asphalt Mr. Wcllert answered vex. we propose <br />asphalt pavement throughout the site with permeable asphalt pavement. Ms. Nader stated that if <br />was specifically addressed in the last meeting that it would be permeable pavers not asphalt or <br />concrete. Mr. Wellcrt responded that Ms. Nader is correct. <br />Mr. Anderson. commented that he understands the diffiadq of the restaurants location and with <br />turning onto Lorain Road. Ile stated that he does not Name an issue using Sih crdale as an exit and <br />likes that the exit directly out of the Arby s is a right hand turn only. <br />Ms. Nader commented that in the plans it looks like Arhv's was proposing to use a masonry <br />enclosure with brick veneer to match the building and that she does not have any issues with that <br />She also noted that she %rould prefer a corrugated steel on steel frame fence over a chain link fence. <br />Ms. Nader added that she would like to make sure that the I IVAC units are completely shielded <br />from the parapet %calls. Mr. Wcllert answered ycs, it is identified as being shielded. Mr. Nader <br />asked if both power and communications are undergmmnd'? Mr. Wellcrt answered yes. there's a <br />pole at the northeast corner that serves Burger Ring right now and we would coordinate from those <br />lranslimners underground to the Arby's huilding. <br />It Nyas noted ]or the record that Mr. Matthews joined the meeting at 7:1PM. <br />Motion be Vis. The alternate design of the dumpster enclosure is to be provided: A e hite split face <br />block, masonry enclosure with a corrugated metal gate on steel frame. <br />2. khat the HN AC units are completck shielded and pmver is underground. <br />3.
