Certainly the applicant has a right to rebut and to testify further. He can make a closing argument.
But I think he should put questions to the witness.
Lieutenant Barrett:
Thank you, Mr. O'Malley. So my question to you is this, sir. So how can 1, when you put in here,
when I am critical of others, how do I impact the ability to be seen as relatable?
How can these people not relate to me then? If I am having all this positive interaction with them.
Right?
How can, how does being critical hurt my ability to be persuasive to these people? I have not
experienced any of that. Right?
Because like I said, when I do this, I turn it into a learning experience for them. And I am not
getting any feedback that I am not being persuasive. Right?
Does this make sense? I am sorry. Right?
So, what I have done, I have Iistened to your advice. I admitted my faults. I understand where my
faults are.
I keep that in my mind when I am dealing with a specific scenario. So, my question to you is, if I
am admitting my faults, and I am aware of them, how do I score so low? Whereas, Captain Walling
here admits her faults.
Right? And she gets a 4 out of 5. And it is at the other end of the spectrum for admitting the same
faults.
Dr. Borodkin:
In reference to that, we not only look at the qualitative, which is what you say, or what Captain
Walling says, but also what you write in the online questionnaire, the actual quantitative scores,
from the various assessments. So, even if the interview response was identical, it does not mean the
ultimate result will be because we have 140 additional data points.
Lieutenant Barrett:
I have no other questions, Madam Chair.
Commissioner Flannery:
Pardon me?
Lieutenant Barrett:
I have no other questions. Thank you.
Captain Angel Walling:
I do, Madam Chair. Dr. Borodkin, can you describe the process for PRADCO, like exactly what we
had to do and the assessment process?
Dr. Borodkin:
Sure.
Captain Angel Walling:
Specifically the online questions that Lieutenant Barad is referring to.
