Captain Angel Walling:
The subject matter experts, the second part of that test. Did we have a conversation about the second
r
part of that test?
Lieutenant Barrett:
What are you referring to now?
Captain Angel Walling:
The oral assessment that we did.
Lieutenant Barrett:
The what?
Captain Angel Walling:
The oral assessment we did. Did we also have a conversation about that?
Lieutenant Barrett:
What are you getting at? I don't remember.
Captain Angel Walling:
That's fine. Because you referenced our conversation about PRADCO and the one question that I
didn't answer. But then you put in there qualified subject matter experts.
When the conversation that we had was that that part of the test didn't pertain to our position. We
both agreed in conversation that it was related to a first line supervisor, not related to the position
that we were going. But yet you're not questioning the validity of that test.
Lieutenant Barrett:
No, I'm not.
Captain Angel Walling:
That's all I have.
.Asst. Law Director O'Malley:
May I? Yes. Lieutenant Barrett, Captain Walling was just asking you whether or not it's true that the
question that she allegedly did not answer was not pertinent to the captain's test.
Lieutenant Barrett:
I didn't hear her say that. That's my question to you. I don't know which question she did or did not
answer.
Asst. Law Director O'Malley:
You testified that you had a conversation with Captain Walling and she told you that there was a
question that she did not answer.
Lieutenant Barrett:
Right.
Asst. Law Director O'Malley:
And she seems to be asking you whether or not is it also true that in that conversation that you both
agreed that that question was not pertinent to the captain's.
Lieutenant Barrett:
