Request for Proposal <br />Submittal Information <br />1. INSTRUCTIONS <br />The City of North Olmsted, Ohio is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to create a <br />Recreation Plan for the City. To be eligible for consideration, the proposing firm(s) must be <br />capable of providing the services as set forth herein and must also be able to meet all other <br />criteria outline in this request for proposal. <br />2. PROJECT COORDINATION/INOUIRIES <br />Kimberly Wenger, Director of Planning, will be the overall project coordinator for this project. <br />All inquiries relating to this request shall be addressed to: <br />Kimberly Wenger, AICP, Director of Planning <br />City of North Olmsted <br />5200 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, OH 44070 <br />(440) 716 -4118 <br />3. SUBMITTAL DATE AND LOCATION <br />Three (3) copies of all proposals must be received by the City of North Olmsted at the above <br />referenced address by 4:00 p.m., on day, date. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope <br />marked "RECREATION PLAN PROPOSAL." Late proposals will not be accepted, and any <br />proposal so received shall be returned to the proposing firm unopened. <br />4. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSALS <br />A. Any proposals submitted to the City are to be prepared at the Proposer's expense. <br />B. Any assumptions made by the Proposer in preparing the proposal must be listed <br />separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />C. The City does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />D. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no liability <br />whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted. <br />E. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the Proposer and <br />the City. Any proposal will not be binding on the City unless and until an Agreement <br />covering all conditions and provisions of the Consulting Services has been reduced to <br />writing, executed by both the successful Proposer and the City and attachment of the <br />appropriate certificates. <br />
