Ordinance No. 2005 -39 <br />Improve the riding quality of Great Northern Boulevard (SR -252) from South <br />Corporate Line to Al Moen Drive Buttef ..+ Ridge Read to r,,,,, tfy <br />Boulevard a distance of 0.82 436 mile more or less in the City of North Olmsted. <br />This work is part of a larger ODOT project that involves the resurfacing of <br />Columbia Road in the City of North Olmsted, the City of Olmsted Falls and <br />Olmsted Township." <br />SECTION 2: That Sections II, III, IV, V, and VI only of Ordinance No. 2004- <br />138, as originally adopted and as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, shall be deemed <br />reenacted and reincorporated by reference as if fully restated herein. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately so <br />that the City may satisfy and comply with ODOT time requirements for participation in <br />roadway improvement projects, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two- thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTT: <br />Barbara L.
