.= r <br />Agreenient Mclt Recycler: Cuyaho;a CountyPaperMarketin; Cooperative <br />Articte I: Statement of Work <br />A. During the term of this Agreement, the Recycler shall perform the services set forth in this Article <br />I of this Agreement and also set foth in tlie Recycler's Proposal tvhich is hereby made a part of <br />this Agreement (Exliibit C). Such services shall be performed throughout the term of this <br />Agreement. <br />B. The Recycler shall receive Newspapers, Mixed Paper and/or Cardboard from Cooperative <br />Members at its recycling facility located at 3400 Vega Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113. Thz <br />recycling facility shall be open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday throuoh Friday and from <br />8;00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays. <br />C. A1l Cooperative Member vehicles delivering Newspapers, Mixed Paper and/or Cardboard shall be <br />wei?hed on entry and the driver given a scale ticket reflectin? the net ?,?-ei?ht oi the load. <br />D. The Recycler shall purchase Newspapers, Mixed Paper and/or Cardboard from the Cooperative <br />vlen7bers accordina to the Price Sheet inciuded in the Recycfer's Proposal and attached as <br />Exhibit C. <br />E. The Recycler shall provide the optional service of container rental and hauling services for any <br />Cooperative Member desiring this service. The Recycier shall provide the containers and must <br />pick up and replace the coritziners within 43-hours of receiving a pick-up request from a <br />Cooperative Member. The Recycler may charge for this service according to the Price Sheet <br />included in the Recycler's Proposa( (Exltibit C), The cost of this optional service shall be <br />deducted from the value of the paper received. <br />F. The Recycler shall establish and maintain a record keeping and payment system to record the <br />tor.nage of paper received from each Cooperative Member and to record, caletilate and process <br />monthly payments for each Cooperltive Member based upon the tonnage of Newspapers, Mixed <br />Paper and/or Cardboard received by the iZecycler from each Cooperative hlember each month. <br />The Recycler shaIl provide the District with a report of tonnages received and payments disbursed <br />to each Cooperative Member eacti month. These reports must be sent to the District on a monthly <br />basis. <br />G. . The Recycler shall ensure tnat the paper it receives from the Cooperative Members, and not <br />rejected due to contamination or paper grading reqtiirements, is delivered to a recycling nzill to be <br />made into new products. Upon request, the Recycler mtist be able to provide the District with <br />documentation to certify th1T the paper has been recycled. <br />H.
