<br />any proposal error, apparent or otherwise; to correct or not correct any other error, apparent or <br />otherwise; and to reject any proposal where such other errors, apparent or otherwise, may appear. <br />0. TAX EXEMPTION <br />Blanket certificate of exemption forms will be furnished to the vendor or supplier by the City. <br />P. CONTENT OF PROPOSALS <br />Specifications as provided by the City of North Olmsted during the potential bidders meeting. <br />Q. VENDORS DESCRIPTION OF ItEMS <br />Vendors shall furnish with their proposals, as an integral part thereof, descriptions by catalogue or <br />otherwise of the items they propose to furnish under the terms of the bid, and other specifications of <br />information as requested by the City. <br />R. PROPOSAL SELECTION CRITERIA <br />Selection of the successful vendor shall be made by City Council, following review and <br />recommendation of the Board of Control utilizing the following criteria: <br />>Professional qualifications. <br />>Ability to meet and work closely with the Parks and Recreation Department and their <br />consultant. <br />>Completeness of proposal and ability to meet specifications. <br />>Innovation in design and application of the video security system. <br />S. MISCELLANEOUS <br />1) Vendor's or Suppliers Liability Insurance <br />The successful vendor shall maintain insurance in such an amount so as to protect him from <br />claims under the Workmen's Compensation Act as well as acts for damages resulting from <br />bodily injury, including death to him, emplo_yees and all others. The vendor shall provide as <br />listed herein: <br />a) COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY <br />Contractor's Protective Liability <br />Bodily Injury $300,000/$500,000 <br />Property Damage $100,000/$300,000 <br />b) Automobile Liability (Owned, Non-Owned and Hired Automobiles) <br />11 / 12/04 I 4:08 4 <br />C:AWINDOWS\TEMPWORCSE- I.DOC
