Section 6. All changes affecting the plan coverage's co-payments, deductibles, providers <br />enrollment periods and regulations will be shared with the bargaining unit prior to making such <br />changes. <br />Section 7. It is further agreed that if any bargaining unit employed by the City of North <br />Olmsted, in negotiations held subsequent to this Agreement and for the same time period <br />covered under this Agreement, negotiates to conclusion a lower percentage of employee <br />contribution to the Health Insurance Plan, that lower percentage shall apply to the unit covered <br />under this Agreement, Said lower percentage shall commence under this Agreement at the <br />time that it is agreed upon by another unit, and shall continue for the remaining years covered <br />under this Agreement. <br />Section 8. The City will offer the Option 1 plan in effect on July 1, 2001 for the duration <br />of the contract. Employees' participation in the Option 1 plan is strictly voluntary to all eligible <br />employees, The City shall offer enrollment in the Option 1 plan for thirty (30) days, each <br />December of the contract. Employees who opt for fhis option shall be required to contribute an <br />amount equal to two (2) percent of the plan premium or expected cost. <br />Section 9. The City agrees to provide prior to October 1 each year of the contract the <br />following information: Enrollrnent data, the number of employees in each plan, family/single, <br />bargaining or non-bargaining, basic or Option 1 plans. Actual rates for the previous year and <br />projected premium rates for the upcaming year. Experience statements, ratings, utilization data <br />for the previous twelve (12) months, for each plan. Any consultant reports or audits whether <br />internal or external of the Health Care plan. Any other data used to establishing the premium <br />rate for any of the health plans offered. <br />Section 10. The City will provide a pretax program for the employees' contribution to <br />health insurance effective 1111/1999. <br />Section 11. In 2004 at the conclusion of the bargaining units' current collective <br />bargaining cycle, or sooner if all City bargaining units agree, an employee committee shall <br />be formed and shall meet for the purpose of creating a new or revised health care plan or <br />26 <br />
