14. Keeps all records on projects, ordinances, meetings and complaints. <br />15. Fill in on PBX during lunch on a rotat+ng basis, <br />16. Performs generai clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying information. <br />17. Assists and/or serves as back-up for other secretary or department staff as needed. <br />18. May process or prepare time sheets, insurance forms, requisitions, various permits, licenses, bid package, <br />and/or publication requests. <br />19. Skilis in public contact and customer relafions. Knowledge of <br />general office procedures. Knowledge of assigned departmental policies and procedures. Ability to operate <br />standard office equipment, including computers.
