17. Keep all records of projects, ordinances, meetings and compiaints. <br />18. Performs general clerical tasks such as filing, faxing and copying information. <br />19. Operate LEADS/NC IC and CRIS computer as well as CAD computer. <br />SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOVIILEDGE AND ABILITlES; <br />Skills in typing, word processing and use of a computer. Knowledge of payroll procetlures and <br />employee time records. Knowledge of general office procedures. Knowledge of assigned departmental policies <br />and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively and exercise professional telephone etiquette. Ability to <br />operate standard office equipment, including computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access), and other software <br />programs. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Abi(ity to handle highly confidential <br />information in a responsible manner, and to deal effectively with public and other City employees.
