equal to that of their current base-rate of pay. Vacation time is eamed based upon time actually worked <br />during the year, that such vacation tirne is earned. Vacation time is to be taken on or after the employees <br />anniversary date of hire following year which it was earned without exception. Employee(s) shall first have <br />completed twelve (12) months of full-time employment pertorming bargaining unit work with the City prior <br />fio being eligible for any vacation. <br />Section 5. All regular full-time employees hired after July 1, 1995 shall, after complying with the terms and <br />conditions contained in this article and having cornpleted the years of service following his anniversary <br />date of hire, be eligible for vacation as follows; <br />Upon Completion of: <br />1 through 4 years <br />5 through 9 years <br />10 through 14 years <br />15 through 19 years <br />20 years and over <br />Vacation Eliaibilit <br />2 weeks <br />3 weeks <br />4 weeks <br />5 weeks <br />6 weeks <br />Section 2, 3, 4 above shall also apply to regular full-time employees hired after July 1, 1995. <br />ARTICLE 22 - HOLIDAYS <br />Section 1. All regular full-time employees shall be entitled to the following paid halidays: <br />New Year's Day <br />President's Day <br />One-half Day Good Friday <br />Memorial Day <br />Independence Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiying Day <br />Day after Thanksgiving <br />One-half Day Christmas Eve <br />Christmas Day <br />One-half Day New Years Eve <br />Employee's Birthday <br />Section 2. An employee in the Wastewater Treatment Plant or the Service Department who may be <br />scheduled to work a full day on Good Friday or Christmas Eve will receive compensatory time off. <br />Rotating shift workers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant who may be scheduled to work a full day on <br />24
