fifteenth (15th) year of continuous full-time service; after which said employees shall receive six (6%) of <br />their base annual salary until completion of their twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service; and <br />thereafter each year of full-time service they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their base annual salary <br />as Iongevity increments. <br />Section 2. Employees hired after July 19, 1987 shall receive longevity in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />$600 after employee completes five (5) years; <br />$900 after employee completes ten (10) years; <br />$1,200 after employee completes fifteen (15) years; <br />$1,500 after employee completed twenty (20) years. <br />Effective 7/1 /05 <br />Section 1. Employees in the bargaining unit, hired before July 20, 1987, having completed five (5) years <br />of full-time continuous service as employees of said department. or having been transferred from some <br />other department by administrative appointment, shall be paid an additional four percent. (4%) of their <br />base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10) years full-time continuous service; after which <br />such employees shall receive five (5%) of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of their <br />fifteenth (15th) year af continuous fulf-time service; after which said employees shall receive six (6%) of <br />their base annual salary until completion of their twentieth (20th) year of continuous full-time service; and <br />thereafter each year of full-time service they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their base annual salary <br />as longevity incremenfis. <br />Section 2.
