EXHIBIT B 5 <br />CLASSIFICATION MECHANlC <br />HELPER <br />RESPONSIBLE TO FLEET <br />MANAGER <br />CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES OF THE CLASSIFICATION: <br />Employees within this job classification are required to assist in the servicing, repairing, overhauling and <br />maintaining gasoline, diesel and other equipment used by the City. Equipment such as but not limited to <br />aufiomobiles, heavy duty trucks, light duty trucks, bulldozers, tractors, front end loaders, backhoe and ather <br />types of on road and off road equipment. <br />• Employees within the job classification Mechanic Helper, will work under direction and general <br />supervision of the Division Forerraan. <br />? Employees within the job c{assification Mechanic Helper, shall perform other duties as assigned, within <br />the general character and scope of the job duties described above. <br />Employees shall be required to maintain a valid commerciaf drivers license at all times. <br />53
