ExHiBrr B s <br />JOB CLASSIFICATION SENIOR BUILDING <br />MAINTENANCE <br />RESPONSIBLE TO DIVISION FOREMAN <br />CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES OF THE CLASSIFICATION: <br />Employees within this job classification must be familiar with basic building nomenclature, including but not <br />limited to, structural, electrical, heating, air conditioning and ventilatian systems, due to work experience <br />and/or educational training. Duties also include cleaning of floors, windows, normal housekeeping activities <br />and yard work. <br />• Employees within the job c{assification of Senior Building Maintenance must have the ability ta select <br />and skillfully use the proper tools with accuracy and precision under the direction and general <br />supervision of the Division Foreman. <br />• Employees within this job classification shall be responsible for the general supervision for the work <br />assigned to employess within the classification of Building Maintenance; and the review of the work for <br />adequacy of results, including but not limited to physical appearance, cleanliness of buildings and the <br />mechanical operations of the buildings. ' <br />• Employees within the job classification of Senior Building Maintenance will be given detailed assistance <br />by the Division Foreman on complex work assignments as required. <br />• Employees within the job classification of Senior Bui{ding Maintenance shall perfocm routine work with <br />self initiative, and independent of close supervision. <br />• Work performed by smployees within the job classification of Senior Building Maintenance will be <br />reviewed for proper performance and adequacy of results. <br />• Employees within the job classification Senior Building Maintenance, shall pertorm other duties as <br />assigned, within the general character and scope of the job duties described above. <br />• Employees shall be required to maintain a valid commercial drivers license at all times. <br />54 <br />
